Movie Info

This implausible adventure is for every empty-headed 12-year-old boy who wants a bullet-spewing weapon of destruction. Four teen-age sons of American servicemen taken prisoner during the Korean War set out to rescue their fathers. The crew was captured on their mission to destroy an American submarine rather than have it fall into enemy hands. The four sons, ranging in ages from 10 to 22, steal sealed plans from the Defense Department to help them free the prisoners.

Good action movie for kids....used to be my favorite when I was little. Totally unrealistic, but still a fun action movie for young people.

It has its cheese, but The Rescue is still a fun action/war film for tweens.

Classic 80's gold...American Kids saving there dads from evil South Korea. It is basically Iron Eagle without the plane vs. motorcycle race through the canyon. Why dont they make movies like this anymore. Back in the day even the bad movies were at least entertaining, New movies just take themselves to serious
