Audience Reviews for Return to Snowy River

This is a film that is confused as to what it wants to be, but it is a surprisingly likable and oddly compelling mess for an Australian western/romance. The script could use a great deal more polish, but as it stands, Return To Snowy River is a fine film on its own merits.

Not as good as the first but still good plot line. Love how they kept Jess and Jim. Buts its a good movie, rent it.

This sequel of The Man from Snowy River is so impressive that possesses every essential characteristic of the first film; sensationally beautiful cinematography, a stunning focus of the Australian high country, the second most impressive footage of horses ever filmed. Director Geoff Burrowes has done a superb job with this film so are two actors, Tom Burlinson and Sigrid Thornton, who returned to their characters. I really liked the horse scenes that makes you go exciting like a roller coaster ride.
