Movie Info

In this romantic drama, a young bride-to-be begins believing that her fiancé, a soldier fighting in the war, is dead when he suddenly stops writing. This is exactly what the soldier wants her to believe as he is too ashamed to tell her the bitter truth--he has been crippled. The two eventually reunite, but their happiness is marred by a meddlesome woman. Fortunately, the two overcome all obstacles and in the end hold a party at the cafe where she sings to celebrate their renewed love.
