Audience Reviews for Santee

Santee is a terribly underrated western. Like some other films I've seen as of late, I discovered this gem on a multi-pack of films. I thought it was mostly going to be a run-of-the-mill western - fun and pretty decent, but nothing above that. Boy, I'm sure glad Santee went above and beyond what I thought it was going to be. It was not only a compelling western, but it also dives into the motivations of the main characters quite well. I also really enjoyed how it was more about being a quiet, story-driven film, rather than the usual action-packed western. If you enjoy finding underrated gems, then Santee is worth checking out.
