There are a few funny moments here and there, especially some politically incorrect lines where characters reveal that they believe the stereotypes about each other. But no one here seems quite real.
So few Gallic films get a theatrical run in Toronto, it's a farce that this offensive, unfunny comedy should be one of them.
Writer Guy Laurent and writer/director Philippe de Chauveron have taken the germ of an idea and let it fester into something truly sickness-inducing.
A ridiculous "comedy" that openly celebrates stereotypes (and finds itself very smart for that) and will certainly please those who enjoy the sort of pedestrian humor of the likes of The Big Bang Theory, with a lame, retarded plot full of clichés and caricatures instead of characters.
