Movie Info

Though their career lasted a bit less than two years and they only released one album before they broke up, few bands had the cultural and musical impact of The Sex Pistols, who kick-started a worldwide punk rock revolution and turned the British music industry upside down, leaving a trail of outrage in their path. Sex Pistols: Never Mind The Bollocks is a documentary about the making of the group's groundbreaking album Never Mind The Bollocks, Here's The Sex Pistols, featuring interviews with vocalist John Lydon (aka Johnny Rotten), guitarist Steve Jones and drummer Paul Cook, as well as original Pistols bassist Glen Matlock, producer Chris Thomas, engineer Bill Price, producer and soundman Dave Goodman, and manager Malcolm McLaren. The documentary also features of the band performing in concert and on television; selections include "Anarchy In The UK", "God Save The Queen", "Pretty Vacant", "Holidays In The Sun", and more.
