Helping the most desperate of us to see their potential and find a path forward to a healthier more whole human. His passion and love for fresh foods is contagious. He has consistently given viewers the facts on why a whole food plant based diet is important to your health. In this movie he follows the journey of a man living in Cuba and the different cultural challenges this brought. I found this movie to be heart warming as well as informative. The scenes in Cuba were beautiful and I found myself rooting for Ridiel Perez.
