These American teens really get under your skin. You'll be pissed. You'll be perplexed. You'll be totally riveted.

While fulfilling titular obligations, Six Sex Scenes and a Murder provides tepid titillation as various suspects produce carnal alibis around the slaying of a handsome ne'er-do-well.

Unfortunately the results are limp and diffused -- not sexy, not suspenseful and not involving.

Sub-par acting is expected from a low-budget movie, but Scenes could very likely have been a successful film had it employed a more experienced editor -- someone who could have arranged the events more cohesively and trimmed the excess fat.

Ultimately, the only thing holding this film together is its dedication to its thesis of a title, which it follows to the letter. Very little in the film seems relevant.

Audience Reviews for Six Sex Scenes and a Murder

** (out of four) Had the production value been a bit higher and the director been a little more polished behind the camera, things may have worked better here, but unfortunately the filmmis dragged down by unprofessionalism. Through interrogations, a detective interviews several suspects in hopes of finding out who just bumped off a man who was connected to each of them. In a better film some of the actors would be decent. The director here is the biggest fatality.
