Audience Reviews for Soup to Nuts - Three Stooges

[img][/img] Soup to Nuts (1930) I have heard about this movie numerous times since I was a kid. It's noted for being the first film appearance of the Three Stooges (pre-Curly) although aside from that it's relatively obscure. This featured the Stooges with Shemp, while he, Moe and Larry were working as sidekicks to the supposed "friend" Ted Healy who was nothing but an alcoholic, egotistical and basically used the Stooges to make himself famous, while paying them virtually nothing. Despite that, Healy was a rising star at the time and his Stooges play second fiddle but they're clearly the highlight of the film. It's only that there is not enough of them which keeps this movie from being a potentially very good film.
