You can't really ask more of a horror movie. It was paranormal, it was scary, it was psychological, it was thrilling, it was well directed, acted and paced. The timing was particularly brilliant. It was also disturbing and so true, at least in my opinion. Enjoy!

Story that's been told 100 times but nothing original is added. The whole movie is just so slow and predictable and at one point is inundated by random mythology. Simple communication would've resolved the whole plot instead of dragging it out for an hour and a half. Acting falls very flat, and the ending is so awful it makes you regret watching the movie at all.

This movie came recommend by shudder and favorable reviews on Rotten Tomatoes but wow was it bad. The director portrayed a young family going through a very unique situation but intelligent seemingly sensitive people in a loving relationship so why when things start getting really crazy does the mother not communicate or share video and audio proof with her husband why does he wire the whole house with cameras and never use it, she never seems to resist or acknowledge her own downgrading condition when protecting her baby seems to be her main motivation, she doesn’t even sleep with the baby in her room at night and even when proof of how incredibly disturbed she is discovered nothing official is done. This movie became so infuriating I had to fast forward skim through the final act, I get what the movie makers were going for with the psychological aspect but don’t present certain control aspects to a story then completely disregard them.

Psychological build-up to some good action. Delivers on some creepy scares, but stays withing downtrodden paths.

2.25* It had some good moments but usually followed that up with a ridiculous action/decision. And I wasn't a fan of the ending. It's one of those movies that when act 3 starts you're already thinking the outcome is totally based on the ending. The acting wasn't bad so that was ok. But at the end of the day, there were far more negatives than positives, so it only gets 2.25*.

meh; it's not anything original & quite frankly i found the main girl to be rather annoying.

Worst movie ive seen. If i was the director i would have made it better. So the story line was Okay, meaning the mother having twins, one didn’t survive, she “goes crazy” later in the film, sees things, Okay.. and the jump scares i liked. Those were very good elements in the movie, so in my movie i would have turned that up each time it happend. And incorporate more of it. But the story line needs to be good too, i would have had the husband also see things and watch his wife and baby get possessed. It had potential but failed, the ending was bad too. I recommend not watching this movie

Disgusting that this movie was even made. Incredibly insensitive to those who have lost babies in general but especially to those who have experienced still births. People who enjoy movies like this are just as sick as those who make them.

Still/Born is effective in building up suspense and setting the proper frightening mood but relies too much on jump scares and familiar horror movie tropes.
