Movie Info

Featuring plenty of sharp social comments, this comedy is set in a Scottish village and centers on the fate of a single sheepdog. The canine in question is owned by an impoverished widow who refuses to license him. This angers the town magistrate who insists the dog be licensed, or else. Audience Reviews for Storm in a Teacup

This isn't something that's a mist watch as far as classics, Viviene Leigh, or Rex Harrison are concerned.

Aptly titled little bit of silliness with winning performances from its cast of future stars.
