      What to know

      Critics Consensus

An unusually sweet and charming comedy by the Farrelly brothers. Fans may miss the distinct lack of bodily fluids though. Read critic reviews

      Movie Info

In Martha's Vineyard, Mass., conjoined twins Walt (Greg Kinnear) and Bob Tenor (Matt Damon) make the best of their handicap by being the fastest grill cooks in town. While outgoing Walt hopes to one day become a famous actor, shy Bob prefers to stay out of the spotlight. When a fading Hollywood actress, Cher (Cher), decides to get her show "Honey and the Beaze" cancelled, she hires Walt -- and his brotherly appendage -- as her costars. But their addition surprisingly achieves the opposite.

Still surprised by the hate this gets. Actually I think it is one of the Farrelly brothers' best movies as it has more of their heart (unsurprising given that it is about siblings) and lacks some of their more cruel and gross out material.

The Farrelly Brothers go mainstream and go Hollywood in one fell swoop with this film that's less on the shock or off the wall elements that they're typically known for (beyond the opening premise) and sure to include as many celeb cameos as humanly possible (hitching a ride on a possible gravy train!). Although well thought out and executed at the end of the day the work fails to connect, which is why nobody notes the thing in reference to nobody nohow. Ever. An okay if disappointing great-might-have-been.

Bob (Matt Damon) and Walt (Greg Kinnear) are conjoined twins (joined at their lower trunks--they share a liver) from Massachusetts. They own a burger joint named "Quickie Burger" and Walt has a love of acting. Walt decides to move to California to try his luck at the big time, and although Bob is initially reluctant, he also has a beautiful "Internet pal" in California who he's been talking to for more than three years.

Though the movie lacks genuine comedy, Stuck On You displays a clever premise and Matt Damon and Greg Kinnear have great on-screen chemistry.
