Nate R 04/13/2023 This movie will surprise you. Great film on a low budget - the way all films should be made. Plot takes all kinds of twists and turns. Great acting by the unknown lead, William Dame, who could be a young Cary Elwes from " A Princess Bride" or Mark Hamill from "Star Wars". Plot ahead of it's time. Grab a beer, some popcorn and enjoy the ride See more 09/16/2019 I have been a huge fan of his work for years. At the ripe age of 12, I was enraptured in his novel Ancient Mesopotamia. I began researching his work and LOVED Stuff Stephanie in the Incinerator. I thought it was a wonderful metaphor for the unraveling of modern day civilization in a capitalist society. I thought the characters in SSITI were complex in and of their shallow nature as a metaphor for how surface level peoples relationship are in this day and age. I felt that Jared was a penultimate usufruct human, a metaphor for american society. While some would describe the people behind the film as drugged out porn capitals with money to burn, I would say they are dreamers with the hopes of creating a better future for all. I think he is a cinematic genius and anyone who does not appreciate him is deeply misled. Movies like this make his vision a great gift. I spent 97 minutes of pure euphoria watching this. The eccentric husband imitates literary greats such as Hamlet or the famous Sherlock Holmes. He has given me the gift of a lifetime, to be treasured by generations to come. It's name does not appear to have a surface level connection, if you look deeper, you realize that the incinerator is actually the deep greed of a money-oriented society. The deep sexualization of the movie is actually a reference to the modern day idea that "sex sells" in popular culture. This movie can only be described as an ageless classic by film critics and lay people alike. Almost 3 decades later, it ages like fine wine. Thank you to Don Nardo for truly a timeless gift that will never stop giving. I will cherish it until the day I die. See more 07/03/2014 Somewhat tame for a Troma film, Stuff Stephanie in the Incinerator hearkened back to some of the Pete Walker and Emilio Miraglia films of the 70s but with an 80s cheese element added to the mix. Funny at times, Stuff Stephanie in the Incinerator perhaps believes it is more profound than it is or maybe it thinks it is funnier than it is. Either way, the movie ultimately proves somewhat anticlimactic and unfulfilling despite being mostly entertaining throughout. See more 06/25/2013 Quite possibly the 'worst movie in the world', but I absolutely love it. You could probably gouge out all sorts of meta-physical meanings from it, but in all simplicity, it's just a movie - an utterly pointless movie. See more 08/08/2012 What a shocker, I'm glad I watched it though, and I have seen worse. It was just very confusing the first time watching. See more 04/26/2009 basically, a bunch of folks put on performances...which leads to deceit and all that fun stuff. it took a while for it to gain any interest on my end...it wasn't until the hour mark or so that i began to somewhat enjoy the film. but, i still didn't enjoy it enough to make that previous hour worthwhile. i did enjoy the cheesy ending, though. it's not the worst film i've ever seen...but i still can't recommend it.
