Subedaar is a fun action movie especially for Anil Kapoor fans. He does a good job playing an angry, tired, down on his luck, honest retired soldier who lands up in a corrupt world ruled by a gang of criminals. Once cornered and unable to tolerate the evil spewed by the films antagonists, Subedaar's military instincts kick in and that is when the fun begins. AK does a good job, as does Saurabh Shukla, Radhika Madan and Mona Singh. The parallel stories of struggle of AK's Subedaar and his daughter played by Radhika Madan are good and keep the movie interesting. The movie ends pretty well but the final scene was not required. Fun action movie. 6.5/10

Utter crap movie. Same old revenge story, except Anil kapoor , all other characters are directionless. What a waste of talented actor like Anil Kapoor. Even he could not save this message of a movie.

I've never seen such a third class movie in my life. Such movies should be banned before the release. No story, no direction, no acting. A complete paisa and time waste movie. Better to watch movie of some other language which you don't understand, I assure that you will find that movie better than Subedaar. Whayad movie....
