It seems that David Yesterday misused the characters, that he was more worried about the action and the striking visual style. [Full Review in Spanish]

Submerged in its own mythos, Suicide Squad stomps noisily through a self-referential kingdom, but all these extraneous details eventually feel for nought.

It's not an exemplar of the comic book genre nor a foundation from which DC Comics can make an assault on Marvel. It's a gussied-up, mixed bag of nonsense I found to be dumb-fun not dumb-awful.

Suicide Squad is a movie without a plot, operating solely through countless flashbacks that employ some of the most obvious and moronic needle drops in the recent history of blockbuster cinema.
