Unless you're partial to Spurlock's fluffy style of cutesy, self-satisfied juxtaposition, music cues, narration, animation, man-on-the-street interviews, and on-screen text, there's not much of value that you couldn't just pick up from a good article.

"Super Size Me 2" is half a good movie, because it teaches you something. But maybe not enough. Spurlock, as instrumental as he has been in putting these issues on the table, doesn't seem to fully get what his own movie is about.

While I can't deny that I was somewhat entertained by Super Size Me 2: Holy Chicken, I would be lying if I admitted that I learned more than one or two minor things while watching it.
