Is it cheesy? Yes.
Is the acting good or believable? Not really.
Is it fun to watch? Absolutely
I thoroughly enjoyed this movie, and have rewatched it on several occasions.
It is goofy low-budget sci-fi softcore porn at its best. It is a rare beast in that one could tune in for the lovely ladies (which it doesn't fail to provide) but get wrapped up in the story instead. You'll end up with tears of laughter instead of tears of pleasure, and not regret it one bit.
For something that would fit right in on late-night skinemax, this movie manages have a coherent and entertaining story with plenty of laughs along the way. It even has (gasp!) character development. Don't go in expecting Spaceballs, but it outperforms most films in the genre.
Really terrible. My memory of it on late night cable involved mostly nudity and piss-poor imitations of say The Terminator. Not memorable, except for being awful. ;)

Evil Morgan Fairchild wants to outlaw sex. This motivates several teen age boys to find a way to travel back in time to prevent her from carrying her diobolical plan trough.
If only it was as campy and funny as it's plot would suggest.
Cheesy nudie flick. It doesn't overstay its welcome but the attempts at humour are puerile at best.
Funny. Stupid, though. It's like a Troma movie without the gore.
This was a pretty sweet teen sex comedy with some sci-fi elements.
Lots of nudity and lots of laughs.
Very memorable movie.
