May 27, 2011Great soundtrack, terrible script. Thank God It's Friday is too dumb and not so funny, the movie try imitate anothers comedy of 70's, what don't works, just worse. Rotten.

Sep 06, 2010I know, generally people think that all the disco movies are trying to be like Saturday Night Fever, but this one isn't, it's just a comedy that takes place one night at a disco. This movie has a lot of really funny jokes, I especially liked the one involving Goldblum. Plus, we get a fantastic performance from Donna Summer. I really like this movie, it's fun.

Feb 21, 2008I'll admit that it;s been awhile since I saw this, but it was a light hearted (and horribly dated) romp through the disco era. Basically a look at the comings and goings at a disco. Disco queen Donna Summers is featured as a local gal trying to get a break and sing a song at the disco. Good cheesy disco fun.
