This movie has so much going on all the time that it takes a lot of energy out of you, this is in part because it's very aggraviting also. Almost every fifteen minutes somebody comes up with a new plan and the whole circus of corny jokes and ditto one-liners begins once again. The whole is a cacophony without any sort of homogenety. Vittorio De Sica and Edward G. Robinson play caricatures of themselves, while Robert Wagner and his gang were just dreadful. The movie seems like a vehicle to show some beautiful images of Raquel Welch, and in that goal it succeeds.
