A documentary on the flying doctors of East Africa in the late sixties. Very studio driven and lacking the style of the better Werner Herzog documentaries. Nevertheless, it's very informal and deals with an interesting subject.
Not convinced. This is interesting enough, but it has none of Herzog's usual flair. The camera never lingers, the talking-head bits are so-so, and he doesn't even narrate it. I reckon he just produced it and the studio hacked it up.
