During the 2002 FIFA World Cup final in Germany, another FIFA-sanctioned game takes place between Bhutan -- ranked 202 -- and Montserrat -- ranked 203 -- in an exhibition far from the world's fanfare. Although the match has no possibility of drawing the multitude of spectators that the teams in the World Cup final can, director Johan Kramer is able to capture the sheer joy the friendly competition brings the citizens of the two small nations, and how the sport can unite people.
