Movie Info

This comedy concerns a young man drafted into the army and headed for basic training. Through a government mix-up, the army based is abandoned except for one master sergeant (Peter Marshall), who is ordered to train the new soldier. The sergeant is in a hurry to marry his girl (Julies Newmar), so a crash course in basic training is quickly given. The three take off on a plane to deliver the soldier to his new base and end up stranded on a South Pacific island. The islands only residence are two long forgotten Japanese soldiers who think World War II is still being fought.

i tried to watch it...but i couldn't, i couldn't. it was like bad perfume in a small elevator: so horrible you can taste it. and i like julie newmar.
