The film is too sincere an expression of admiration for this poet's work to feel pretentious, but it's like a music video for the poems, often literal in its biographical readings.

Audience Reviews for The Color of Time

A mosaic hazy view at the various facets of the poet C.K.'s Williams life and motivations. An admirable attempt to bring (read) poetry to cinema, but on a tired workday the nuances of the cinematic-soft-focus and textual imagery were mostly lost on me.
