11/29/2021 The Creepy Line opens with a quote by Arthur C. Clarke, "Before you become too entranced with gorgeous gadgets and mesmerizing video displays, let me remind you that information is not knowledge, knowledge is not wisdom, and wisdom is not foresight. Each grows out of the other, and we need them all." The quote serves as a harbinger of the potential for the likes of Google and Facebook to control your decisions, which is the thesis of this film. However, it should also be read as a warning that the makers of this "documentary" are trying to control your decisions, particularly on politics. To that end, The Creepy Line is laced with messages and examples suggesting that all the perpetrators are liberals, and all the victims conservatives. Their attempts to surreptitiously control your thoughts on politics, under the cover of a "documentary", should really give you the creeps. AS they say in the movie: "Hitler, Mussolini, Stalin... could've only DREAMED of this kind of mind control". It's time to un-do your addictions to social media. The same stock footage repeated several times, which is often irrelevant and shows coding in the wrong language. Blatantly obvious backlash from a conservative director that really doesn't understand modern times. Look at his other films, they're propoganda. This 'documentary' follows suit. This movie brought up things that I was unaware of. Everyone should watch this - even if for the simple reason of increasing their own awareness. I would only recommend this documentary to those who are not well versed on the subjects of terms and conditions, free speech, or just doesn't understand the age that we are in.
