transitions between scenes could have been much better (jumped around too much). Kind of gave different perspectives to the story of Jesus' crucifiction - what the Romans might have thought, the Pharisees, and His followers.

Different twist on the events of Acts and the beginnings of church history.

Jan 2009.

Cheesey Christian propaganda movie, but i like how it did try to debunk some of the "miracles". The love story aspect was cute too.

Fictional account of Emperor Tiberius' search for the truth about the death of Jesus Christ

The movie was not bad, but what I liked most was the acting of my favourite Bulgarian actor Hristo Shopov who played Pontius Pilate both here and in 'The Passion of the Christ'...:)

Grei film frå tida rett etter Jesus død, men ikkje dei heilt store skodespelarprestasjonane

Good idea, but it would have been better if they pushed the "what if" some more. Pretty much a pro-christian movie.

It was cheesy and the story was confusing. Too bad Mel Gibson didn't do this better with a massive budget (and real fighting scenes...come on!).

Terrible acting overall. Very corny dialog.

A remake of the 1986 tale. If you're into those Ancient Rome/Christianity Films..

Theres eye candy in the form of the leads.. You might recognize a face or three, one being that o the beautiful Monica Cruz, the sister of Penelope.

It adds more to the debate of what happened to Jesus' body and that of the miracles that he performed whilst he was still alive.

Its boring in an interesting way I suppose

Somewhat stale acting, yet I love the message.

I only saw like, the second half of this, and it looked like it would be really good if the screenwriter had done a little better job. :-/ But it was nonetheless GREAT to see a movie about Jesus! :D

This movie had a good idea, but was just low budget.

Wow, what a horrible movie. Why you may ask, well lets start at the beginning. Interesting plot, but horrible acting right from the start. Nothing is realistic and none of the actors are every developed to the point where you would actually care what is happening to them. Bad choreography....It makes sense that they hired D-list actors for this movie.
