Another one of my favorite 90s childhood movies. It's cheesy and the lambada ain't that great though the song from Kaoma is addicting. Their dance for the competition is repetitive, which is basically the entire lambada but the ending dancing is way better. A lot of the music used especially the non-latin songs were bad like "It's a horror" and "Automatic". Then there's the story, which is typical. It's ok. They tried taking points from "Dirty Dancing". I guess I can give them props for trying to put out a good message about the environment and also the condom scene. Then there are Nisa and Jason who I like even though bad acting. Her outfits, specifically two of them, are cute and reminiscent of that time. I love Joa and Carmen. Just hilariously cute and love the scenes with Joa. Overall, a movie I still like to watch though I may cringe at times, the ending save is lame and Kid Creole is creepy at times.
