Audience Reviews for The Hard Guy (The Tough Guy)

This melodrama short was included on the DVD of Little Caesar. It was based on a short stage play. It is filled with obscure "hard-boiled" language to show urban toughness. A young Spencer Tracy stars as a desperate out-of-work father during the Great Depression. A cute toddler and sappy ending make it just a little too saccharine.
