D 05/27/2024 This is a powerful film about the great courage and sacrifice displayed by the young Podolsk cadets during WWII, helping to save Moscow from the Nazis at the bloody and brutal "Battle of Moscow". They were still in training and several weeks ahead of their graduation, but sent to the frontlines to defend the Ilyinsky defense line, to hold out until the reserves approach with not much experience, and not much ammunition. Their order was to defend the Iliynsky defense line at all costs. They were they were very innocent, not well trained and had never been on a real battlefield, I highly recommend it.
