In this feminist comedy-fantasy, a strange illness has killed all males 14 years and older. Women naturally inherit the Earth and all is peaceful until Elmer is found living in an isolated cabin. He is brought to Washington, D.C. where the Senate, Congress, and the First Lady fight over him.
