The Little Comrade (Seltsimees laps) Reviews

Excellent picture of Stalinist repression through the eyes of a child, beautifull cinematography (love the colors) and impressive acting by the young lead and her father. The whole horror becomes even more clear as the child is so easily deceived (like many others were) and not aware of what is really happening. Pace could be a bit higher here and there but then it also gives time to just enjoy the pictures. Recommended.
