Another fine short from the boys at their peak, this time stuck between a rock and a hard place, trying their best to avoid both an awful boss and a vindictive crew that they tricked into becoming fellow sailors. A fine supporting crew make this required viewing for comedy buffs of the period.
Aired after the Laurel and Hardy version of Babes in Toyland recently. It was released the same year. Many great pratfalls and double takes. A perpetually drunk sailor is mistakenly thought to be dead, falls in white wash, and "haunts" the bumbling duo.
