Determined to win a local basketball tournament so that one of their own can afford to send his son to college, a group of hoop-shooting little people recruit former NBA star Dennis Rodman to help them play the biggest game of their lives. A loving father, Roger simply doesn't have the money to fund his son's college education. Noting that a local basketball tournament boasts a $50,000 award for the winning team, Roger recruits all of his vertically challenged friends to go for the gusto. But in order to win they'll need the "right man for the middle," and what better candidate than Rodman? With a little persuasion from Jack the Agent (Richard Portnow), Rodman realizes that this may be the perfect opportunity for an image makeover, and prepares for his big comeback.
