An alternate reality storyline where nazis rule the world? It was ok just took forever to get going.
Not as good as the first. Interesting concept.
The concept of the film intrigued me, but the execution is laughable at times. Fair at best.

If you can ignore Brad Johnson's lack of stage presence and the sound of a bugle playing for 97 straight minutes than you'll love this cheesy tale about the possible aftermath of a Nazi victory...let's see if you can spot Stephen Cornwell's three references to X-Men's Wolverine.
What a P.O.S I am surprised this was not released to video tape. There are so many holes in the story it's laughable. Here is one. At end of movie. Hero wounded by the villain shoots the main villain's dad the grandfather paradox kicks in and the main villain dies after shooting after the hero. So realistically he would have never been shot and able to walk through portal unscathed. Instead his arm is in a sling.
How this film got a 26% liked it rating I have no clue. Perhaps they were stoned.
I had not seen this one since it first came out on VHS. Yeah, it has not gotten any better with age.
somehow they found something to follow on from the 1st film, this has a decent concept with the government trying to replay the original philadelphia project but somehow transporting a stealth plane back to germany in the 2nd world war. Obviously as long as you can ignore the flaws in the time travel parts of the film theres some fun here. the acting and effects are all b grade stuff but do the job.
interestingly like the 1st film the lead was supposed to become one of the next big things in hollywood again it never happened.
Could have been better.
Might have worked better as a TV show?
