This bio-pic chronicles the political life of Benjamin Disraeli, the 19th-century British novelist who became one of Britain's most influential Prime Minister's and a close friend of Queen Victoria. Much of the story centers upon his endeavors to save England, despite the opposition of his advisers, from an alliance comprised of Germany, Austria and Russia that endeavored to take over the powerful island.
