Movie Info

The made-for-television film Spymaker: The Secret Life of Ian Fleming is a dramatized account of the creator of James Bond and his early days working for the British Intelligence agency. Filled with inside jokes (the least of which is the fact that Sean Connery's son Jason portrays Fleming), the film is light, breezy entertainment--ideal for Bond fans.

Audience Reviews for The Secret Life of Ian Fleming

Enjoyable fluff concentrates on writer Ian Fleming's exploits during World War II and his work with British Intelligence. Jason Connery, Sean's son, is quite good as Fleming, bringing the right amounts of humour and derring-do to the character.
