Movie Info

Young Roque Espinosa arrives in Buenos Aires City to attend the university. Not long after, he realizes he has no real interest in his studies. Somewhat adrift, he begins to wander the university grounds, making friends and meeting women. One of the people he encounters is a teacher's assistant named Paula who introduces him to the notion of political militancy. Roque begins to attend group meetings and ends up getting to know Alberto Acevedo, an old retired politician devoted to forming of cadres from his chair at the university. From him, Roque learns to navigate politics and embraces the idea of becoming a student leader--he feels he has finally found his true calling.
