The film did not feel like a one-sided product of Dr. Lauria, and all points were fairly viewed. When a film of any kind makes you think, then it has done its job. Go to Full Review

06/30/2021 I have been a client of Angela's and thought this film might help me connect more or understand her. I was hoping to learn more about her success and be inspired. Instead the film feels like a student film made by your teenage buddies, and lacking in any real substance. I have found myself conflicted about the way she interacts with people in her FB groups, and watching the film I found myself agreeing with the psychologist she debated. So in that way it was clarifying. The film feels half-finished and just sort of 'ended' without any real insight or analysis. Just a lot of provocative statements flashed across the screen that mostly feel like a marketing pitch. Don't waste your time or your money renting - there is no value in watching. See more 06/16/2021 This documentary was extremely raw and thought-provoking. An absolute masterpiece! See more 05/29/2020 I moved from the world of therapy to the world of coaching because of exactly what Angela speaks about in this film. I also carry weight on my body and have struggled with the impact that has had on my life. This is a film for seekers who know there is more, know that the personal development world has a ton to offer and so much value. Angela shoots from the hip. Her raw and vulnerable strength gives you a peek into what is possible!! Brilliant work done by M.Douglas Silverstein! Invest your time into watching this! See more 01/28/2020 I was pleasantly surprised at how much I enjoyed this documentary. It was so honest and real, that I wanted more. I could have listened and watched for hours. See more 01/09/2020 The Weight of Success is a thought-provoking glimpse into our ability to seek and find personal inspiration to better ourselves. Although coaching remains a relatively unregulated industry, you will be remis to find any world class performer, in any industry, who has not sought and improved with the support of a world class coach. Dr Angela Lauria shares her mission to bring messages of transformation and hope to the world with her Author Incubator program. Life coaching is exposed as a chance for everyone to tap into their inner super star, to break through the barriers we pick up along our way in this world, and to finally shine a spotlight on everything that is remarkable in ourselves. There are bad, good, great, and phenomenal coaches, just as there are bad, good, great, and phenomenal doctors. I work in a world heavily reliant on documented results. The foundation of our track record in business expansion is deeply rooted in our work to expand the perspective and mindset of our clients. I rely on expanding the mind, tools some would deem "life coaching" as the foundation in allowing Top 1% Performers to expand their business' everyday. There is no doubt that this is an important movie, and story, in helping us to understand the importance of investing in what is right about ourselves. People who see their talents are more likely to bring them out in themselves, to nurture them in others, and to use those talents in service to the world. We need more leaders mirroring back positive possibility. See more 01/08/2020 I felt that it showed an example of someone who'd had a challenging past. She then changed the story of what that meant to her, she was no longer a victim, Angela is now taking on the World. If you have ever suffered with weight or your self image you have to watch it.
