Movie Info

Don Barry co-wrote, co-produced and starred in Train to Tombstone. Barry plays Len Howard, one of several railroad passengers who are threatened by an impending Indian attack. It gets worse: a band of thieves climbs on board, intending to rob the baggage car. His guns blazing, Howard takes on the villains from all direction. Cheaply produced, Train to Tombstone relies a bit too much on repetitious stock footage to stir up excitement. Even at its weakest, however, the film is very well-directed and reasonably well-acted.

Train to Tombstone is an exceedingly cheap -- but speedy -- retread of Stagecoach's basic set-up.
