Basketball players pretend to be old people for 2 hours. Aside from a few quips, that's the whole joke. Oh, and plenty of product placements.

Uncle Drew isn't much narratively. There's not a lot of surprise or structure. But the basketball stuff is solid and watching athletes act is always a delight, while the performances of Howery, Irving and Kroll help raise the bar a bit.
