I watched this movie even though it was a struggle!! The one bright spot of was the actor playing Van Hesling. At least he could say his lines convincingly now and then, which is really saying something with the corn-ball dialog in this movie!!

I love to watch B-Movies but it has to have at least one of the following, decent acting or decent dialog, which this movie was lacking on both accounts!! It wasn't quite as bad as Twilights idiotic "you like me and you think I'm beautiful" line, but it was close at times!! Especially when Dracula he first star

What an epic little B-movie! The budget is obvious, but it's ok, there's soo much fun to be had here, and not in a soo bad, it's good way, this is actually a well made B-movie. Rhett Giles, a really good actor, plays an immortal Van Helsing, damned to hunt all vampires, and once the last is killed, he shall get his mortality back. The vampires look pretty ok, most of the acotrs are comptent and there's a nice stylish flair to it all, and the director keeps the pace well.

Horrible movie. Looks like some film students got together one weekend and decided to make a low budget vampire movie. And the sound quality is awful!

Well Dr. Abraham Van Helsing leads a band of slayers against Dracula, the Vampire Prince Sebastian kills Van Helsings wife. Accepting an offer from the Knight's Templar, a secret order within the Catholic Church, Van Helsing is granted immortality until the last Vampire Prince is slain...centuries past bringing him to Los Angeles in 2005. Here he finds that Sebastian, last of the Vampire Princes, has ended his long period of hiding. Van Helsing recruits a new team of slayers and prepares for his final battle.

Deceint Vampire movie, that at least lets the Vampire keep its fangs unlike some movies I could mention coughtwilightcough. Let down by its budget, some truly awful acting and a soundtrack that drowns out what the cahracters are saying from time to time. Still the idea does sustain itself for at least one viewing, Rhett Giles (Van Helsing) is the C-Movie equivalent of B-Movie God Bruce Campbell, the music is deceint, and the movie does keep the sexual nature of the Vampire intact, well showing a fair amount of skin. Not a classic by any means, best seen on late night Television but it still kicks Twilights ass.

really?! this was so dissapointing i thought children wrote it. damn the vampires needed only to go elsewhere and they could have lived long blood filled lives building in numbers. instead they hider for at least a hundred years then come out bazing and declare war. such small minded characters

Wow... And here I thought I'd seen it all.
This movie is a paragon for bad acting and the film crew hadn't gotten a clue about what to do. Even home made pornos have better sound quality.
Bram Stoker turns in his grave for having his name connected with this abomination.

The soundtrack was really bad...couldn't hear what they were saying in one scene and in the next you would hear really loud screaming...weird.

Not the worst movie ever but was pretty bad nontheless. Had some monets where it looked like it might have a bit of life but then fell back down to its grave.

Ok yes it is bad but not the worst ever. Those who proclaim it as such haven't seen such beauties as The Apocolypse, Die Hard Dracula, Ben and Arthur, and Zombie Nation. Granted this movie was a bore and the sound editor needs to be fired and never used again (i couldn't hear half of the diologue). Why I say this movie isn''t in the same league as the previosly mentioned movies, is that Way of the Vampire had some moments where it looked like it might become something better than a one star movie but than would use some cheesy sound effects or crappy acting. Yet even as bad as this acting was it was 100 times better than some of the 1/2 star movies I have seen throughout the years.

This movie was very dusty and dark. The story was really good. But the acting of that vampire lady was so fake. Matt Dallas from Kyle XY was in this movie. He only got one line. That was mainly the reason why I watched the movie.

Oh gawd, what crap. Who ever made this film needs to go back to school. Bad audio, bad acting, bad fight choreography, crap photography. The only good thing I can say about this film is that it ended.
