Movie Info

A Maine preacher helps protect a young boy from his abusive and alcoholic father in this melodrama based upon a popular radio show. The preacher plans on adopting the lad, but then the father takes him back. Later the preacher gets his chance after the drunken father is killed by a train during a chase in a railroad yard.
