Audience Reviews for What the Daisy Said

½

Rare D.W. Griffith short included on the DVD of Mary Pickford's Daddy Long Legs. Martha and Milly are both superstitious about love. One sister plays that old childhood game of pulling the petals off a daisy. The other sister gets her palm read by a gypsy. Joseph Graybill is the gypsy in the camp, who tries to get the one sister to run away with him. The story and characters are not very becoming. It is basically a tale of xenophobia as the gypsies get run out of town.
