Movie Info

Spanish horror director Amando De Ossorio, who achieved cult status with the Blind Dead series of Knights Templar zombie films which began with La Noche del Terror Ciego, takes on the legend of the Lorelei in this disappointing effort. Helga Liné is the mysterious siren who turns into a silly-looking reptilian horror by night and rips out the hearts of nubile victims at a girls' school. Luciano Stella (aka Tony Kendall) is the virile guard in tight pants, who falls in love with the Lorelei long enough to visit her underwater cave. ~ Robert Firsching, Rovi

Audience Reviews for Las garras de Lorelei (When the Screaming Stops) (Grasp of the Lorelei)

highly entertaining.. written and directed by amando de ossorio, this film takes place in an all girls school, where there is a wild monster of folklore on the loose carving out the hearts of young babe students.. Loaded with humor, blood, boobs,an "expierienced" hunter,a creature, and mythology, this movie is grade *A* in my book

A.K.A.- The Loreley's Grasp. No better or worse than any other Amando (The Blind Dead) de Ossorio film. There's nothing very memorable here and in a month I'll probably forget I even saw it.
