No more money for Hollywood racists
Jul 5 - 05:23 AM
David Edelstein is such a prissy little cumtwat
Jun 29 - 10:11 AM
Some people actually thought it would get good reviews.
Jun 28 - 09:02 AM
It did get good reviews from some people. I guess it's impossible for people to actually enjoy this movie.
Jun 28 - 09:40 AM
Just about every movie gets good reviews from some people. Spy Kids 4 even got a few good reviews.
Jun 29 - 03:05 PM
so what exactly is your point? some people will like this movie. some people won't. that goes for EVERY movie.
Jun 30 - 08:57 AM
You were the one who wrote "It did get good reviews from some people," which is a pretty terrible argument considering that every movie does.
Jun 30 - 11:16 AM
You thought quoting me would prove a point, but you are too stupid to realize the obvious point? It's not even an argument to say some people will like this movie (or any movie)and some won't. You must think everyone dislikes this movie. HAHA at that notion. Another moron posting stupid shit because he doesn't like a movie. Have fun getting the last word in. I'm all done going back and forth with a fucktard.
Jul 1 - 02:30 PM
I'm gonna say roughly 35 - 45%. Roland Emmerich is really hit and miss. I really enjoyed Independence Day for what it is, but everything after that is awful.
Jun 27 - 10:10 PM
Diego John Tutweiller
INDEPENDENCE DAY IS A GREAT AND TRUE RELIGION, BLESSINGS AND PEACE BE UPON IT.
Jun 28 - 10:30 AM
Roeper has never like anything cool, so his F is not a surprise.
Critics are split almost half and half, not unusual for a movie in this genre.
Jun 27 - 05:05 PM
With Richard Roeper giving it an F, I'd say it falls to 24%
Jun 27 - 03:53 PM
Hey, I saw it ! this is a summer movie full of cliches and revisiting many other movies like the Die Hard franchise.
Bottom line - you like Tatum and Foxx? you'll enjoy this movie !! not everything has to be "cerebral"
Jun 27 - 10:54 AM
Exactly. Just because the tomatometer is low doesn't mean that people wont like the movie. That tomatometer doesn't really mean shit anyway. Just OPINIONS.
Jun 28 - 09:42 AM
Looks like the Tomatometer is dropping faster than the bomb that this movie appears to be.
Jun 27 - 07:33 AM
Even if it decreases to 20% it still will be a big box office success.
Jun 27 - 06:09 AM
i wouldn't bet on it. early tracking has it between $20-25M opening weekend for a movie with $150M budget that's no success.
Jun 27 - 06:59 AM
Rosmary De La Rosa
actually its track 35 mil.
Jun 27 - 02:12 PM
actually it's tracking $30-$35M as of 5A this morning. which is still not good enough, what's your point.
Jun 28 - 07:15 AM
I know! 67% with the top critics!
Jun 26 - 09:05 PM
With a whopping 9 top critic reviews!
Jun 26 - 10:59 PM
Ash J. Gilmore
WOW! This is gonna be a hit!
Jun 28 - 02:36 AM
Still fresh with the top critics.
Jun 26 - 04:20 PM
Jun 26 - 03:23 PM
I knew it, that's why they were holding reviews . I started to suspect Sandra's movie is worst.
Jun 26 - 12:15 PM
15 reviews in and it's rotten so far. Not a good start.
Jun 26 - 12:08 PM
71, 64, 58%...what next?
Jun 26 - 09:52 AM
If it breaks 40%, I'll shit bricks.
Jun 26 - 09:16 AM
What does everyone think about the current 71%? I am praying it stays there, or goes higher--although, remember, everyone, that G.I. Joe, earlier this year, started at around an 86% and then plummeted in to the 30's.
Jun 26 - 07:57 AM
I sure am hoping it stays there.
Jun 26 - 08:18 AM
45% looks like typical roland emmerich crap
Jun 26 - 07:18 AM
49% critics and 62% audience.
Jun 26 - 06:35 AM
Wow, 1 Fresh review. What will it be?
Jun 26 - 04:30 AM
Jun 26 - 01:33 AM
Emmerich movies are fun. Critics rotten, audience fresh. 55/75
Jun 25 - 07:11 PM
Jun 25 - 10:22 PM
Jun 28 - 10:31 AM
Jun 25 - 05:45 PM
Enastein, exactly what I was thinking. If it gets past 45, I'll be impressed.
Jun 25 - 03:32 PM
I'd probably say a 56%. Looks kinda mediocre
Jun 25 - 02:02 PM
No reviews till now ?? Well that is a sign of a bad movie .
Jun 25 - 09:21 AM
65% is my guess. I've heard it's thoroughly enjoyable mindless action. I'm seeing it tonight.
Jun 25 - 09:06 AM
I think this one can make fresh, or at least be better than Olympus Has Fallen. I'm gonna say 55-65%, final answer 65%.
Jun 25 - 07:59 AM
In my opinion, the tomato meter will be 64%
Jun 25 - 05:52 AM
I'm actually with you on this one.
Jun 25 - 07:57 AM
rotten. roland emmerich is a hack director. not more than 45%
Jun 25 - 05:13 AM
Three days until release and no reviews. That usually a sign that the studio isn't confident in the quality of its production.
Jun 25 - 04:29 AM
Donald Whitman Jr
Jun 25 - 02:03 AM
Jun 24 - 10:40 PM
Looks dreadful. 27%
Jun 24 - 08:11 PM
46% would be my guess for the Tomatometer. The critics here tend to enjoy movies like Star Trek for god's sake!
Jun 24 - 05:13 PM
Star Trek was phenomenal.
Jun 26 - 01:34 AM
Jun 26 - 04:30 PM
hey! star trek was really good
Jun 27 - 08:14 AM
No, no it wasn't. It's space 90210.
Jun 27 - 11:09 AM
It was the best Star Trek film to date and one of the best (if not the best) Sci-Fi films in years. You just don't appreciate good science fiction.
Jun 28 - 02:38 AM
Also, Space 90210? Bullshit. There was nothing that even slightly resembled 90210.
Jun 28 - 02:39 AM
It was not good science fiction; it was fantasy. Spock had a girlfriend, Kirk just fell into command of a bunch of teenagers, the villain was brain dead and crying all the time..... 90210 in space.
Jun 28 - 04:07 AM
Well, no matter what I will still watch this typical summer action blockbuster. I am predicting 56 percent, and that being generous. You really can't expect any good plot development but hopefully the chemistry between Tatum and Fox will work.
Jun 23 - 11:48 PM
25%, looks like shit.
Jun 23 - 11:42 AM
The only thing that is more awful and intelligence insulting than a Emmerich movie is Jamie Foxx in an action movie or any movie for that matter. I hope it bombs so Emmerich will get his golden ticket revoked and it can be given to somembody else.
Jun 23 - 10:08 AM
55%. It's Roland Emmerich. Critics have their expectations on this guy. And based off of the reviews for Fast and the Furious 6, they rate on film type now rather than whether the movie was actually good. Hell, Micheal Phillips enjoyed 2012.
Jun 23 - 03:51 AM
Jun 28 - 10:32 AM
Jun 23 - 02:16 AM
Jun 22 - 06:12 PM
I can't wait for this, my type of movie, but I having a feeling it will get 9% for rotten, if it's fresh then 78%.
Jun 22 - 09:05 AM
Olympus Has Fallen got 48, and unless its really awful, I don't think it'll dip lower. I'll go with 67%
Jun 22 - 02:21 AM
75% at least. The movie will totally blow, but since Jamie Foxx is playing Obama (let's face it), the lefty press will coo over his performance and pull the typical Obama agitprop: "Foxx rises above the mediocre action script to deliver an engaging turn as President Oba--Sampson."
Jun 21 - 10:11 AM
Jun 21 - 05:55 AM
Jun 19 - 04:58 PM
33% "Another Formulatic and unintelligent exercise from director Roland Emmerich"
Jun 19 - 03:28 PM
Jun 18 - 01:42 PM
34% "Emmerich isn't a strong enough director to mask the fact that this all seems a bit familiar."
Jun 18 - 07:59 AM
32% "while it does boast some fun action scenes and humor, it still suffers from bland plotting and characterization and overlong runtime
Jun 17 - 09:12 PM
Oh I didn't realize Tatum was in this when I made my first prediction, changed my mind, 14%.
Jun 17 - 05:36 PM
0% - 100%
Jun 17 - 02:58 PM
Maybe. Just maybe.
Jun 17 - 08:07 PM
Pssh, I doubt it.
Jun 28 - 02:40 AM
3% "Roland Emmerich lacks the sophisticated touch of Michael Bay to pull off a thought provoking action movie."
Jun 17 - 12:31 PM
'sophisticated touch of Michael Bay'? X)
Jun 20 - 01:50 PM
40%. The cast looks strong, it seems that the action-packed sequences are going to be legion, so it might not be as bad as that. However, it comes just after another movie with a takeover of the White House by a terrorist group, so critics might lash out at the movie for not being inventive...
Jun 17 - 11:59 AM
35% - 41%
Jun 17 - 07:18 AM
Liam Neeson Trollfighter
"In White House Down Channing Scrotum delivers a fine tough performance, but it's all lost amidst muddled, confusing plot threads and cheesy dialogue from its over-the-top action script."
Jun 12 - 11:23 AM
Jun 12 - 09:48 AM
Roland Emmerich's best movie got a 62% but with writer James Vanderbilt, it'll probably be around 40-65%
Jun 11 - 06:30 PM
Jun 10 - 05:54 PM
Connie Gunderson Zorkocy
critics: 20%. audience: 80%
Jun 9 - 12:03 AM
It's a film that uses the much used concept of an assault on the White House without taking itself too seriously. I can see it getting a 52%.
Jun 7 - 03:13 PM
I can see a solid 55%. Emmerich has his fair share of supporters, myself included. None of his films are "good" in the technical sense (The Patriot being a possible exception), but they're fun enough
Jun 7 - 09:49 AM
Surprise comedic touch, doesn't take itself seriously and miraculously earns a.... 76%

34-43% at best.
Apr 27 - 01:49 PM
be funny as hell if it did score an 80% or even higher
People on this site think they can see the future or something. BLAAH
Jun 14 - 05:28 PM
Apr 19 - 03:08 PM
The similarities between this and Olympus has Fallen is very high. Olympus has a 47%; I'd imagine it be around that range, but probably lower on account of it being so close to Olympus.
