Vex T @RT91672640 08/05/2024 A movie that can be really introspective for some, and outward looking for others, social commentary esque in its nature. It tells a somewhat realistic story with characters that have similar feelings to many younger people today about their culture. The humor lies in the similarities to real life and the satirical and awkward nature of the movie and it's characters. It isn't your standard slapstick comedy that throws the jokes right at you, rather it comes from an understanding of the nature of the movie and characters. Think Malibu's Most Wanted but a more realistic take on everything from life to the people. Whiteboyz definitely suited my taste more based on life experiences, but I'd still recommend this movie regardless of the life experiences you've had. See more 01/21/2020 I went with 2 stars with this movie I seen this movie many times, and I think that I'd watch it again. The movie is watchable even though it may not be everybody's cup of tea i thought that this movie was alright even though slow at times and the characters can be annoying at times it was alright. I think people missed the point, and perhaps, still do. It gets a little long in the tooth for a 90 minute film, but, the social commentary within makes this well worth the watch.
