[A] fascinatingly wacky expression of a street actor's passion for a work that seems far from his interests or aptitude.

Wilde Salomé is passionate and absorbing, though the insertion of lengthy clips from the film might irk viewers who've just watched it.

Pacino's passionate look at both Salome and Wilde. It delivers in fits and starts but mostly baffles.

Audience Reviews for Wilde Salomé

Interesting documentary with the peculiar Al Pacino about Oscar Wilde, in what seemed to be a very intriguing road for this to be done. Also with then newcomer Jessica Chastain, who was the main reason why I decided to watch this, and she doesn't disappoint like always. ~April 11, 2015~
