This woke bolschevick is really getting out of hand, so obvious it's hilarious. They are causing themselves to be even more of a laughing stock. The almighty Hollywood, shoving shit down our throats more and more. Anywhooo ... Capable cast, writing a bit wooden and story punctured. See more Carlos S @clshep Jun 2 This movie is based on the Tom Clancy novel Without Remorse and unfortunately Hollywood got a hold of it and decided to "go woke" on it. In the book it appears to take place be in the late 70s and that it does not take place at present date. And the fact that they had black woman playing an officer with "The Teams" was an even bigger joke. I don't know why Hollywood not stick to the original story as it really is a good story and the book itself does a great job when it comes to describing BUD/S and The Teams. Jordan totally carries it with his physical intensity. • The action scenes looks slick and really kept my adrenaline up. • Jodie Turner-Smith gives the story the bit of heart I honestly needed. The Friction: • Predictable plot twists really dragged the momentum down for me. • It strips away the book’s complex politics for a standard payback flick. • Clunky dialogue made connecting with the side characters tough for me.
