A big disappointment from Coppola. He is too ambitious to mix all the philosophical views together which makes the story tedious, chaotic and even unbearable. A dreadful experience.

Stopping in the middle and starting again 6 months later took all the joy out of this.

Nazi agents hone in on professor Dominic Matei (Roth) after he presumably discovers a formula for immortality. New from Francis Ford Coppola.

An ode to big questions in life by an aging genius. you can view it as an allegory or mockery or fully seriously if you like. Does not leave a good aftertaste. Tim Roth is strangely diabolical.

Awful! Just insanely awful!

Surreal visuals with stately music.
Great to see an experimental film from such a master. There are no compromise made to the complexity of the plot, and yet, different directions (self-reflection, language, second chance, romance, and ego) still manage to refer back to the main theme - time.

As mentioned, surreal and stately. One of the few movies that lets the viewer think for themselves - rather than telling you where to sit and when to dance.

The intentions was very good and promising till the end, but ruined by a distracted screenplay. The dubbing quality was awful and distracted me too. In the same time, i couldn't tell that HD was the shooting format.

Interessante.
