Watched the whole season with my 2 sons, one in high school, one in middle school. We all LOVED it. We are Asian American and loved seeing ourselves (our culture, our experiences, people/character who look like us, represented) on screen. When Ke Huy Quan speaks to the camera, my boys FELT it! It meant the world. We loved the story, the humor, the drama, and of course the action. We went with the narrative flow as it went between two worlds. It was super fun, enriching, and... empowering to watch as a family. THANK YOU!! Ready for season 2 : )

I've only watched the first four episodes, but I really like this show. It's funny and well-written. A really nice combination of a teen coming-of-age story plus supernatural/magical elements.

Went to the show thinking it would be cliche and bad. Couldn't have been more wrong. It has wonderful plot and storytelling and surprisingly accurate Chinese culture influence. Great show!

Incredible show, something entirely new and needed! Action scenes and acting were out of this world.

I didn't expect to enjoy this show. I only went in to check out of curiosity and expected to not even finish the episodes, but ended up finishing the series and hoping to see S2 despite me still not liking the lead, Jin, until the end. I enjoyed so much the background story of WuKong and MuWong, and how that affected Wei-Cheng's story in present day.
