Two cousins work through the Atlanta music scene to better their lives and the lives of their families. Earn Marks is a young manager trying to get his cousin's career off the ground. Alfred Miles is a rapper who goes by the stage name "Paper Boi," a hot new artist trying to understand the line between real life and street life. Darius, Alfred's right-hand man and visionary, rounds out the entourage along with Van. Van is not only Earn's best friend but the mother of his daughter. Donald Glover and Brian Tyree Henry co-star as Earn and Alfred, respectively.

It would take a potent, sinister spell for Atlanta not to return as itself. In this season, even when the series aims for discomfort, a blatant disregard to be defined except on its own terms makes for a knowing calm.

Although it isn't set in Atlanta (Amsterdam gets the honors), this season is very Atlanta. Keenly insightful, brutally honest and often painfully accurate.

That three slaps episode boyyyyy, somebody needa let Donald get back in production cause his azz ain’t finish, I don’t even want him to focus on music no more, this man about to be better than a PRN director, and the other episodes were good until the end which was fading a little bit other than that s3 good

Honestsly, first watch i didnt really like it but i feel like its growing on me. Hard to get through at times but the characters and the aestheic kept me going

While season 3 of Atlanta still benefits from the cast's splendid perfomances, its thematic weight and some very interesting explorations, it is also quite uneven and a tad jumbled in some of its presentation which is also a lot due to some of the standalone episodes' more dragged out concepts.

This refers to episode 4. The series is good, but this episode is a terrible statement. Deplorable parody of the bewildered white man and the obvious "n*"#*r" behavior, crass, uneducated, overweight, loud, greedy, and with no moral compass. Very funny... not. A terrible insult.

A strong season, but the weakest out of the four in my opinion. Mainly due to the show shifting from the grounded reality and relatability of the characters in previous seasons as they now have a lot of money, a lot of high-end connections and a different lifestyle. I like the idea of a touring season, the Atlanta characters 'round the world, but it's another contributing aspect that made the season feel foreign, but also had its positives don't get me wrong. Thanks to the creatives remaining the same they made the season really good despite me not really vibing with the direction. Also, there were some absolutely awesome cameos and guest stars, more please, I love it. Some episodes were great, some were good, none were bad. Thank you!!
